 Did you apply a light vignette later in Photoshop? -- "The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease." - Thomas A. Edison.  I find this very haunting and a bit unlike you. But still, very good. I love the large use of negative space.
