The first thing that strikes me about this image is the vivid nature and impact. The wide angle adds a lot of dimension and distorts the clouds beautifully. However their is no distinct focal point which makes it hard to view as there is no where for the eyes to rest. I think this was probably a very subtle hdr due to the intense blue reflections from the windows. The thing that really MAKES this shot is the sun rays emerging from the clouds.
In conclusion a fantastic exposure, great range of tones and colour all combining to a very powerful street/skyscape
