You have quite a striking photo here! It is vibrant in every detail, but I'm afraid when trying to achieve this you over-used the saturation and contrast levels to a point where you actually destroyed detail in the brightest areas of the photo, namely the clouds and the upper part of the building. This can be a bit hurtful to the eyes or when seen in bright situations...
Composition wise the photo is quite interesting. The angle is not new but how you arranged the elements is not usual. The sky is not arranged in the middle like you normally see but rather is a corner. Our eyes are conducted to the in a diagonal upwards direction and that creates energy and certain dynamics that are quite good!
It is definitely a piece that strikes us with the contrast of green and blue, the different point of view and its brightness.
