Can I say I love this? Because I do. It's not very often that I find something that catches my eye and forces me to have a double-take. This is also one of the few black and white photos that has a beautiful balance of shadow and light. Hell, I didn't even notice your logo! Really, this work is very clean and crisp. A beautiful focus on the model and her aquatic friends brings out all of the textures. They're in your face without being gaudy or worse, flat. One can't help but to smile along with the quirky and adorable expression the model has... or the smiley face superimposed with Mr. and Mrs. Fish.
i like the way there seems to be two pictures in one. one of the two fish so close they seem to be having quite a moment. had that been all the picture was, it would have been quite common and not at all original. but this work is a wonderful manipulation of the ordinary and the purest example of 'extraordinary out of the ordinary' What really caught my eye was the way they seem to be at the perfect distance to maing a smiley had it been any closer to the model's face she would have had a hard time breathing and the perfection of the picture would have been spoiled. Another thing that popped right at me was the way the black and white way of manipulating a picture had turned this picture extraordinary. The beautiful contrast of the fish scales lead the watchers eyes straight to the smiley formed and the black and whiteness also gave a good image of depth. all in all a very good image with a good sense of humor [no pun intended] and good techniques used. GOOD JOB!!!!
